| Can I get an appraisal online? |
| |
You must bring the car to a West Herr location to receive a written appraisal. This is because we need to inspect the vehicle and test drive the vehicle. It is well worth your while because we buy more vehicles every year than anyone else in WNY.
If you just need a basic estimate there are companies like Kelley Blue Book or Edmund's that provide this service. However they only offer estimates and will NOT buy your car. |

| Do I get a tax break if I sell my car to you? |
| |
If you decide to buy a car from us at the same time we can give you a sales tax credit. Example if you trade in a $20,000 vehicle and live in Erie county you could get $1,750 in sales tax credit. |

| What if I still owe money? |
| |
We handle paying off the bank. If your balance owed exceeds the value of your vehicle you will need to come up with the difference. This is called negative equity. Don't worry though, because in this case most people trade in the car for both the tax savings and because they usually can refinance the negative equity. On approved credit of course. |
If you financed or paid cash for the car and you bought it in New York state, you should have the title. If it is a lease or out of state purchase you may not. In this case bring your purchase agreements.
All titleholders will need to bring their photo ID drivers license.
